Christie Hand is a registered nurse (RN),MSN and CCM as well as a Level 1 trainer, and USAW Sports Performance Coach. With no shortage of experience and certifications, she brings the medical side into training to protect athletes against injury and work towards a healthier all-around lifestyle and body.
Nevi Ball is a lTLC Special Ed Teacher & Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner for Education at North Clackamas Schools. She is working towards training certifications through experience and education!
