CJ Hand, RN, MSN, CCM (Pronouns: he/they)
CJ is a Registered Nurse as well as a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, and USAW Sports Performance Coach. With no shortage of experience and certifications, CJ brings the medical side into training to help athletes reduce injury and work towards a healthier all-around lifestyle and body.
Nevi Ball (pronouns: she/her/hers) is a lTLC Special Ed Teacher & Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner for Education at North Clackamas Schools. She is working towards training certifications including Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and others through experience and education!
Our training is sometimes based out of Iron Valley Crossfit gym in Clackamas, OR. We love the facility and partnership with this supportive company!
